Refund policy
Vanilla Studios aims to provide peace of mind to their consumers while ordering. To ensure this, a comprehensive policy has been drafted.
-Returns and exchanges are available for all eligible products.
-All customised products are pre-paid and can not be returned or exchanged.
-Undergarments, items of personal usage and customised products do not have a return facility.
-Once the product is delivered, and if the product is damaged or unsuitable for use, the consumers can request a return or exchange within a window of 48 hours.
-The consumers have to ensure that the products being returned are in their original condition and haven’t been worn, used, washed or tampered with. The labels, tags and packaging should not have been removed.
-To initiate a return they have to send an email at office@thevanillastudios.com
-Once the return request is sanctioned, the products will be collected back from the consumer.
-A small convenience fees will be charged in case of a return, which will be adjusted from the credit note/voucher given against it.
-The credit note/voucher for return will be applicable for a time period of 6 months post its date of issuance.
-We do not have any refund policy. It is only an option for redressal in exceptional cases as per internal review.
-The exchange facility can only be availed once per order.
